Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sianah & Tobi Studio. Each item in our store is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, all items are uniquely created just for you. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or reprints may be issued.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for changes of mind. All sales are final once the order is placed. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing guides before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a manufacturing error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund. To be eligible:
- You must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
- Use our contact form or email to report the issue.
- Include a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
- If multiple products using the same design are affected, please include a group photo or video showing all impacted items.
There is no need to return the damaged item.
Print Tolerance Notice
Please note that for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed items, a placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and will not qualify as a defect.
Delivery Issues
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, you may choose to:
- Request a reprint with an additional charge, or
- Receive a partial refund (excluding shipping costs)
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method or, where applicable, may first be issued to your Printify account balance before being withdrawn. If your billing currency is not in USD, refunds will be sent directly to your original payment source.
How to Submit a Refund Request?
To report a damaged product or request a refund:
- Email us at sianahtobistudio@gmail.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the product issue.
- Provide any additional details needed to verify your claim.
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
